Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that some 3D printed organizers and custom items may require additional production time of 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped:
- Domestic (US): 5-7 business days for standard shipping
- Processing time is in addition to shipping time
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Geekery Designs account.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Packaging
All 3D printed organizers and board game accessories are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delicate items receive extra padding and reinforcement.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
